The panels are on – it’s official.
Well they are on the roof which is all I need at this point!

I had a bit of help from Rob from “Converteco” based down in Eastbourne who is a qualified solar engineer.
They were fairly straight forward to fit but being the first time ive entered into renewable energy I was a bit worried about getting it right.

These are the in roof panels from RM Solar – this basically means that they sit on the batten and have an aluminum flashing kit (bit like a Velux) to keep all water tight. May I point out the main reason for choosing the in roof panels from RM is that they have a 25 year guarantee – yes 25.

Quick shot from across the road – they look good – and with the tilers back next week that last bit of scaffold can come down.
