The preperation for the garage base has been completed and the base has been concreted in.

The base is around 100mm thick and we have used fibers in the mix to give it added strenght as it has to support quite a bit of weight.

Now that this is done the garage door can be ordered as this is best done after the opening is created - whatever anybody else says.


Another land mark job completed with the removal by myself of the frontal bit of scaffolding - it feels like its been there forever.

I forgot what the house looked like with out it - so did my pal Larry who has asked for more regular updates from his warm office chair.
