The weather has been kind enough to get a bit more of the base sorted for the patio / terrace.

Trying to recycle all the waste materials we can has meant that a couple of jobs have taken longer but at a reduced cost and the non requirement of extra materials.
The garage base & old drive concrete and rubble have now been lifted to go straight into the last terrace hole ready for the concrete base to be poured over. We have adopted this practice throughout the entire job and its amazing how much money it has saved!

I had a little bit of extra time so i began to prep the roof ready for the roofers to come back and fit the ridge tiles - now that i have them that is! There what i ordered on Wednesday so a little more still to do but as long as i keep ahead of them!
