I often find with my many renovation projects for myself & for clients that jobs of a similar ilk comes in fits and bursts. Like all I seem to be doing this week and last week is tiling.
This bathroom is however coming to an end as it’s the final tiles stuck around the recessed boxes / shelves and the many cuts to follow the shape of the sloped ceiling.
Now all it needs is a very good clean before grouting. This is best done with luke warm water and a damp sponge rinsed often – make sure its dry before you start grouting!
A little cheat here for mixing the grout to make it flow a bit more easily over the tiles – try mixing it with a whisk and use warm water. This makes it glide but will cut down the time you have to play with it. Remember sponge of excess or the clean up will take forever.
