Lorry's about so the mixers working overtime.
The rear drainage & rain water pipes are in and the patio hardcored area has been prepped with concrete being the next step.
The hardcore, recycled from the build, has been broken up and covered with a blinding coat of sand before being flattened & compacted using a whacker plate.
Then a base of around 40-50mm of concrete has been tampered on top to give the best possible base for paving onto - it all takes time but we are having fun.
No really we are!
