After another relaxing bank holiday that I actually took time off for its back to the grind – with a little help from Lorry & Sausage.
Further preparation was done to form the terrace area with the final waste / soil pipe covered and the lighting points picked up ready for paving over – once we decide what to go for?



The leaky old flat roof on the garage has finally been sorted and has a whole new 3 layers covering it – so no more leaks.

This roof was left for so long as there has been a scaffold over it for 2 months, we have be working standing on it for a further month and the soil pipes had to be cut through it and boxed in.

So basically it would have got damaged if we had of done it any earlier – how ever hard we would have tried to protect it. Another pain job of the list!
