The rear of property is having the last bits of rain water pipes & underground pipe to the 2nd soak away done so that we can start creating the rear patio area. The waste pipes are already in and have been inspected by the local authority so it’s just rain water and a few additions.
These being an electrical supply for LED lights to be used in the paving, an electrical supply for the tree lights and a water pipe to get mains pressure water to the new BBQ that will be built – probably just in time for winter.
The layers are being made up in the form of hardcore, blinding, base coat concrete and then mortar bed. Great news is all the rubble that has been left on site including bricks, tiles, concrete blocks etc can be broken up and used for this – that’s good recycling!
