Today has seen the first installation of one of Osma’s new underfloor heating mats for the 2nd floor bathroom. This mat is a 100 watt model as it will be going over a pre prepared ply floor that has been sealed ready for the mat and then the tiles. The mat has its own thermostat whish is seven day programmable offering various heat settings. These mats can be fitted just about anywhere and are a great cost effective alternative source of heating giving loads of creature comforts. Oh and they are easy to fit
The rear bay roof timber work has finally has finally been finished and has been covered ready for tiling and battening nearly getting us 100% in the dry – just a few bits now to sort including the part finished flat / mon pitch roof over the kitchen and the ridge on the main roof above the roof window
Jimbo has made another visit to help with the tacking and plastering with loads more to take place next week – living the dream!
